About us

Rosa is from Palencia and Thomas is German. Among other things, we love peace and quiet, animals, nature, traditional Galician architecture, common sense, and simply well-made things. The idea behind the project was that our guests would come to love this place just as much as we do. What you see today is the result of 12 years of tireless work, during which we have largely restored this cultural heritage ourselves. Our dream was to breathe new life into it, so that you can hopefully enjoy it just as much as we do.
